Historic Venice: Doge's Palace, St. Mark's Basilica guided tour & Gondola ride

A wonderful 3- hours experience to discover the historical and artistic heart of Venice!

The expert guide will escort you in the fascinating Doge’s Palace and the Saint Mark’s Basilica in Piazza San Marco. Admire their stunning artworks and learn the endless history the Venice Repulic. You'll cross also the famous Bridge of Sighs! Go on the Terrace of the Basilica and admire its fascinating mosaics.

Then you will enjoy a romantic gondola ride through the Grand Canal and its picturesque waterways: during the ride you’ll admire the main Venice Highlights as Fenice Opera House, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Santa Maria della Salute Church and many others.

Included in this activity you will have a mobile app to visit by yourself to visit the Rialto and Saint’s Mark areas.

Tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide or in case of unplanned religious functions (in these cases it can be postponed to the day after otherwise it will be refunded)
On Sunday, the guided visit to the Basilica will be done from the second floor due to Mass.
Due to the security reason, luggage and bags are not allowed inside the Basilica.
Each gondola can host maximum 6 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending of guests weight.
The gondola ride does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather, high/low tide or local gondoliers strike (in these cases it can be postponed the days after otherwise it will be refunded)
The itinerary of gondola ride may change in the event of wind or bad weather

For the visit of the Basilica suitable clothing is required (no shorts)

From Aug. 6th to enter the Basilica and the Doge's Palace you need to have the Green Pass + ID card, you cannot enter the venue without it (if you don’t have it or forgot it and are not allowed to enter the venue, the tour will not be refundable)
