Fascinating Tour!
Gabe was an excellent tour guide! He filled us in on so much interesting history and architecture in Old Louisville. We would highly recommend this tour if you’re into either one!
An architect lover's dream
Wow, I've been to many cities and their historic districts; couldn't believe there was such a vast collection of Victoria era homes in Louisville! Some of the homes you'll see are next level opulent; they almost feel unreal. So many distinct and unique features. Plus, several pedestrian streets that were fantastic. The tour lasted about 90 minutes and only included 6 of us, which was perfect. Gabriel was friendly and knowledgeable. I did the 11:00 am tour and stopped at Buck's Restaurant for a hot brown afterwards. It's a perfect late morning / lunch experience.

Under-rated Old Louisville is a must stop
I was lucky to have David as my guide, and he's an amazing source of knowledge about Old Louisville. This part of the city doesn't get the attention the usual spots do--like the Derby, Bourbon Trail and Slugger Museum--but it should. David walked me through such a great collection of vintage homes and weaved in all the history too. A highlight of my Louisville visit.
