Off the beaten track
As well as a stop at spectacular Rainbow falls, this tour took us the the part of the island where the 2018 lava flow carved its way through anything in front of it on its way to the sea. We also visited the island’s newest and spectacular black sand beach. Our tour guide Lori was a lovely woman who had lots of stories to tell about the island, including educating us on the Hawaiian language!
Awesome volcano, black sand beaches and waterfall tour
Donna was a fantastic guide. She was informative and friendly. She guided us through all of Hilo and Volcanoes NP! Black sand beaches and Rainbow waterfall! Volcanos NP and lava tubes were awesome! 10 out of 10 would do again! Blew my expectations out of the water with her knowledge. She expertly navigated the tour with appropriately timed spots and plenty of flexibility
