Description
Escape the busy city life and explore Swedish nature on a guided hike through the Nacka Nature Reserve, just minutes outside Stockholm. The route leads through forests, along lakes, and across granite cliffs, offering a refreshing outdoor experience close to the city.
We start from our meeting point at the edge of the reserve and hike into the heart of the wilderness. An experienced guide leads the way and shares insights into Swedish culture, nature, and the area’s geology. Wildlife such as deer may be present, but sightings are not guaranteed. The hike includes some light off trail sections, adapted to the group’s abilities and weather conditions. Halfway through, we stop for a campfire cooked lunch in a secluded spot. During fire restrictions, usually in August, we use gas stoves instead.
After hiking around 10 to 12 km, the tour ends with a short 20 minute bus ride back to Slussen Station.
