Hike Rope Ladders Miyazaki Japan

We will meet at the Lagoon in Aoshima , from here we will driving about 20 minutes into the surrounding Mountains.

We will then commence a hike up Mount Boroishi Yama. The hike starts hiking through Japanese Suki forests, crossing streams on the way up, we will stop at a shrine and pay our respects as we head up.

We then hits the Ladders section climbing up over rocks ledges until we reach the ropes and start to climb up steep rocks ( is slow going but very very beautiful ) at the top of the rocks we walk along a mountain ridge until we reach our rest stop. A small cabin with stunning views over the Miyazaki area. We then walk another 30 minutes to the peak of Mt Boro Ishi Yama. We stop here for as long as we need and then head down. The trip is normally about 2 hours walking up and about 1.5 hours coming back down.

The hike is a very solid hike but can be attempted by non experienced hikers and you will experience a part of Stunning Japanese nature that very few people get to see that visit this amazing region.

Our hike will be conducted outdoors , starting on Aoshima River , then heading to the top of Mount Boroishi Yama . Its a unique hike into a stunning mountain in the Miyazaki Mountains
