Part 1: Mindful Hike
We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest.
Part 2: 30-mins Guided Meditation
Once we arrive at our location, I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help you let go of the resistances - control, efforts, commentator, controller(aka ego). Eventually, you might realize that everything you have been looking for is already in your unconditioned consciousness.
When you remove all clouds(resistances), the blue sky(pure awareness) will appear again.
Part 3: Open Discussion
We'll end the session with a brief discussion about meditation, wellness and personal growth.
Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.
