Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your tour more than 45 days before departure time, you are eligible for a Flexi-deposit (defined in 3.2). If you cancel between 45 and 22 full days before departure time, a 50% cancellation fee occurs (50% refund). If you cancel 21 days or less prior to departure time, there will be no refund.
