- There are regular stops on tour for comfort breaks, as we do not have toilets onboard the coaches
- No animals allowed on tour, including guide dogs
- Minimum age to travel is 8 years old. Photo ID, such as a passport, may be required. Children (8-17) must be accompanied by an adult.
- For insurance purposes, passengers must not be unaccompanied on our buses during tour stops. Drivers take legally required breaks and cannot stay with the vehicle.
- Foldable wheelchairs can be stored in the hold of the bus during transit, bear in mind that staff cannot assist during boarding. Please note that the optional tour at Deanston Distillery involves multiple stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
- Please note that the optional distillery tour is not included, and that tickets can be purchased upon arrival

We went on the Loch Ness tour. Jason H. was a perfect mixture of informative and chill. He was an incredible tour guide, noting unique facts and stories relevant to the area along the way. I was really interested in all the history and that was a major thanks to Jason H. and his captivating stories. It was a long day that was actually so well-worth it and interesting the whole route. We took many stops along the way, including a visit to the coos!! He also made sure we were informed of all logistics like how long we could stay at each stop, recommendations of good food, etc. I would totally do another tour if Jason H. was our tour guide. Thanks for the great day!
Energetic, nice trip through scottish highlands
Very kind and committed driver, interesting facts about the country, its history and politics, too, but it would have been nice to have breaks in between. Not all information seemed relevant and since the tour was planned very ambitiously, the stops were quite short. Especially in the beginning, we were a little underwhelmed but the staff were very reliable and up-beat til the late end. We probably would choose another tour, next time, but thank you for your hard work! We liked the music choices, Ryan. :)
Highlands tour
Endless tour, after hours on the bus you get off for 10 minutes per stop... no eating because there is no actual time, explanations to say the least nonexistent, I think it was the most useless tour I have ever taken. Completely dissatisfied
Breathtaking views and hilarious guide!
We had a wonderful time on this breathtaking visit to the Highlands. Brendon was super informative and his unique sense of humour kept us giggling the whole day!
