- The tour departs from Bus Stand ZE, Waterloo Place, Edinburgh at 8:00 AM sharp; check-in closes at 7:45 AM.
- Optional Loch Ness 1-hour cruise tickets can be purchased on the day: Adult £19.00, Concession £19.00, Child £14.00.
- Meals and refreshments are not included; plan to bring your own or purchase along the way.

Excellent Tour
This was a great tour, even had time to feed the cows. Nice viewpoints and sufficient number of stops. The van was great to squeeze into areas we pulled over to stop at. Tour guide Ron was awesome. Opted for the cruise, it was nice but could get away with not doing it. be aware the alternative is just a nice lunch and canal-side walk so if its a nice day, would still opt for the cruise. Bring change for the cruise but everything else is via credit card. would be great if there was a hiking-friendly version of the tour where they let us free for a few hours near the highlands. Just an idea, but I think as an intro to Scotland this tour hit the spot.
Majestic Scotland
The trip offered gorgeous views of the majestic mountains and Highlands. Seeing Loch Ness and getting to travel by boat up the Loch, was a special experience. Our guide, Kyle, was friendly and provided commentary about Scotland and its culture. He made the trip unforgettable. Kudos to Kyle!

Douglas was an excellent guide and made the entire trip so enjoyable. He had a great way of mixing Scottish history with popular culture, true crime, music, and plenty of humor, which kept the whole group entertained throughout the long journey. The scenery was spectacular, from Loch Ness to Glencoe and the Highlands, but Douglas really made the experience. He was attentive to everyone’s needs, regularly checking that we were comfortable. A long tour can easily become tiring, but Douglas’s stories, humor, and knowledge made the time fly by. Highly recommended!
Best tour ever!
Kyle from Discover Scotland Tours made this trip. Super energetic and engaging the entire way to Loch Ness and the Highlands—kept us entertained with quizzes and packed in tons of history and local insights along the drive. He also put together a great mix of music to match the scenery, with quick intros explaining each style, which was a genuinely nice touch. And he was quick to point us to the best local bakeries and shops at every stop. The bus was clean, comfortable, and spacious, so the long drive wasn't a slog at all.
