Our French and Mediterranean cooking class offers a unique take on traditional culinary classes.
Structured but informal, Chef Eliane, a Michelin accredited chef, teaches participants how to prepare great tasting meals using a variety of French and Mediterranean cooking techniques, utilising the freshest of seasons ingredients.
Chef Eliane, who has already launched similar courses throughout the south of France, is bringing this new experience in Amsterdam for the benefit of city locals, as well as tourists. She will draw upon her own personal experiences, having catered around the world for decades, as well as her formal training, obtained from prestigious institutes in both America and Europe.
Participants will get an authentic French culinary experience while attending a small-group class in Eliane’s spacious and cooking-friendly kitchen, located centrally, so you will be in the thick of the city but within a friendly, personal and beautiful setting.
