Half day Sichuan Cuisine Cooking Class Tour

The local guide will pick you up at meeting point at 2:00Pm.To prepare the cooking class, a chef guide takes us to a local market to introduce the ingredients and get acquainted with Chinese cuisines . In the local food market we can learn the local courtesy of shopping & bargaining, try to find answers to why Sichuan Cuisine is so popular and what are the most important ingredients to be used when you cook Sichuan dishes. Then, we'll go back to our beautiful garden restaurant, it will be your show time! Follow the chef step by step to learn how to prepare food ingredients and how to cook different Sichuan special populous dishes. Learning more Chinese cuisine culture and the hands-on experience to prepare delicious dishes will bring you a totally amazing feeling! At the end of the cooking, we will enjoy and share with each other what you have prepared for dinner which is a perfect ending for the day!
