Half-day orangutans adventure in Gunung Leuser

Summary

Hi ! little mowgli’s . As the cheeky monkey wake you up in the morning, it’s time to leave for a half day full of adventure. I’ll pick you up at your homestay and together we enter the beautiful world heritage of Gunung Leuser National Park. Along the way we stop frequently to drink, eat some sweet fruits and observe the beautiful Orangutans from a safe and respectful distance in their natural habitat. You can experience how Tarzan felt while living in the Jungle. You taste the nicest fruits this Jungle has to offer, while I tell you everything you need to know about the fauna, flora etc . If we are lucky we are able to spot short- and long tailed macaques or other beautiful wildlife creatures. This track is for every traveler who is short in time or want to have a quick taste on what our national pride has to offer. It’s also possible to do this track with little children so they can learn how to treat the animals and nature well. I am happy to show you with all my passion our national pride. Teach you everything I know and answer all the questions you have. Hope to see you soon for this life changing experience that’s going to make you smile for a longtime. fery aka Oceng

About operator:

My name is Fery Anwar. I am a tour guide born in Bukit Lawang. This cozy little town is at the border of Gunung Leusur national park. So I can proudly say that I grew up in the jungle. Follow me and I show you this beautiful piece of world heritage. The only place in the world where Orangutans still live wild and free. Give me a day and I'll give you an experience of a lifetime.
