- No lockers provided. Recommended to protect any electronics from water. Dry bags, waterproof phone cases, and other last minute needs are available for purchase at our office location.
- Requires some athletic ability but good for all skill levels.
- SELECT hotel pick-ups are offered for this tour. The local operator will help organize the closest pick up if your hotel is not on the list.
- Pick up time starts two hours before tour time.

Great trip
Our trip leader "Don" was great!!
Come for the cave, stay for water
Don was the best guide!! We were early for pickup and that wasn't an issue. He educated us on landscape, neighborhoods, fun facts, etc during the hour to the launch spot. Very easy going guide and helpful to anyone who needed extra guidance. The tour is 4 miles with a five minute stop at the Emerald Cave/Cove parking lot for a quick photo op. We didn't experience crowds other than when our group stopped at a side beach for a mini hike. The wind and current picked up on the second leg of the trip back to the beach and we worked our shoulder muscles paddling back. Don says this time of year this is normal conditions. If you like kayaking, this is a great experience. The Emerald Cave was a cool and quick experience.

Absolutely stunning kayaking experience at Emerald Cave in Arizona—highly recommend! The views were absolutely beautiful from start to finish. Paddling along the calm Colorado River through the dramatic Black Canyon walls, with the clear water reflecting the towering cliffs and desert landscape, felt magical. Reaching Emerald Cave itself and seeing that signature glowing emerald-green water light up was the highlight—truly unforgettable and photo-worthy. Our tour guide Niko was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, full of interesting information about the area’s geology, history, wildlife, and the Hoover Dam era, and he kept the whole trip engaging and fun. He made sure everyone felt comfortable (great for beginners), pointed out cool details along the way, and clearly loved sharing the experience. Overall, a perfect mix of natural beauty, peaceful paddling, and excellent guiding. If you’re near Las Vegas or Willow Beach and looking for a memorable outdoor adventure, this Emerald Cave kayak tour is a must-do. Five stars!
Easy Pickup, Amazing Location, Stellar Guides
Pickup was on time and easy, with clear directions and pictures of where to go provided a day beforehand. The guide Nico was fun and vigilant. At one point, they even pulled two of our kayakers in tow for two miles back to the push-off, as one had back pains and the other was sick.
