Half-Day Desert Safari from Abu Dhabi

Your tour begins at your Abu Dhabi hotel when you settle inside an air-conditioned 4WD vehicle and journey into the desert.

Head off-road onto the sands and enjoy a pulse-racing ride up and over the dunes. Then, hop out for a camel ride and to take photos of the desert sunset before resuming your dune bash en route to the next stop: a tented Bedouin-style camp.

On arrival, enjoy some classic Arabian hospitality with a serving of qahwa (Arabic coffee) or tea, plus fresh dates.

Duly refreshed, jump into the activities offered at the camp. Grab a supplied sandboard to try dune surfing, have a henna tattoo, and, if you wish, smoke a shisha (Arabic water pipe).
