We will first visit the market of Surquillo to identify endemic Peruvian fruits. Then we will head to the fish market of Chorrillos to identify the Peruvian fishes that are handcrafted catched in this area. Finally head to our restaurant to learn how to make causa, ceviche and pisco sour.

Why take this tour?

With the leadership of a local guide, you will visit the fruit market to learn from the endemic fruits and taste some of them. You will then head to the area where local practice hancrafted fishing. You will stop in the local market to learn from the local fishes we produce. Head to the spot which have a wonderful ocean view to learn how to do the main Peruvian dishes such as causa prepared with Peruvian yellow potatoes, Ceviche made with the catch of the day and Pisco Sour, the emblematic Peruvian cocktail.
