Around The Basin is owned by long term Queenstown locals Steve Norton and Lisa Cooper who are passionate about biking with over 20 years of involvement in the adventure tourism industry in Queenstown. Around The Basin has tailored a number of different cycle packages. Our target market is Grade 1 to 2 riders wanting a quality biking experience in one of the most beautiful areas of New Zealand renowned for its spectacular scenery. We operate on purpose built Cycle Trails which wander through the basin, past two lakes, three river gorges, historic Arrowtown, the wine area of Gibbston Valley and countless mountain ranges. The purpose built trails that ATB utilise are all off road.
