Thanks a lot İsmail
First of all thank you for the last minute tour otherwise I won't be able to see alhambra in my only day. İsmail was so patient, caring and helpful. The only thing I would expect would be if he could tell in a Chronolgy and with the connected stories and a little better pronounciation but I am sure he will be doing in the future with experience.
Luck of the draw
My experience. Got message less than 24 hours before trip to say booked date and time not available, and they offered either different time (3pm instead of 12:30pm which we couldn’t do) or audioguide (had booked real guide). Note no offer of a refund. Accepted audioguide then realised - why should we accept something that is different to what was advertised and that we paid for? So instead asked for refund. They refused. Viator also refused. I’m sure this breaks consumer law. Really, really bad.
Very good, private tour
We took a 3 hour tour with a private guide. Very knowledgeable and made the Alhambra experience even more

It was an incredible experience; our guide was great and really took the time to explain every detail to us for over three hours. I booked the tour at the last minute, and while it was a bit pricey, it was well worth it.
Great tour guide
Great tour guide! The tour was very informative and entertaining. Rather expensive, but we were late to book (visiting Andalucia during semana santa) and no regular tickets were to be had anymore. Worth it.
