The Sognefjord, Norway’s longest and deepest fjord, extends more than 200 km inland to the foot of the Jotunheimen mountains. This area is said to be one of the most beautiful travel destinations in the world. Sognefjord is called the King of the fjords for a good reason: it is the longest ice free fjord in the world, and it's enveloped with exceptional natural beauty, tall mountains, waterfalls and scenic forests. The tour continues with the Flåm Railway which is one of the world's steepest railway. The 20 km long train journey from Flåm to Myrdal gives you a panoramic view of some of the wildest and most magnificent of Norwegian mountain nature, including the famous Kjosfossen waterfall. At Myrdal station, we change to the Bergen Line which takes us back to Bergen. Our local guide who will be your traveling companion throughout the tour and inform you of places and history.
