Group Surf Lesson at Kalama Beach in Kihei

Check in at Kalama Beach Park at our Surf Club Maui van, we will outfit you with reef shoes and a rash guard surf shirt. We start with a lesson in the park to go over the safety and theory of surfing. We will teach you the skills your need to be up and riding waves. Before you know if you will be riding the gentle waves in no time. You will have so much fun you will probably book one of our surf progression packages.

*NOTE: Surf students must be able to swim in the ocean, if you show up for the class and can not swim or are not comfortable in deep water the lesson will be cancelled and no-refunds will be given.

THIS GROUP SURF CLASS IS FOR AGES 11 AND UP. If you have younger kids you must book a private or a semi-private family class.

If you arrive with a child under 11 years old the lesson will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.

Learn to surf on Maui. Lessons are taught at the best surf beach on the island. Gentle waves and friendly surf coaches will have you standing up and catching waves in no time. Experienced surf coaches, great surf, and small class size will guarantee a memorable time on Maui. All participants must be able to swim in the ocean and in deep water.
