Summary

Come travel along Haleiwa Bay and up the Anahulu stream, home of the Green Hawaiian Sea Turtles. Although turtle sightings aren't guaranteed, they are very common in our location. Whatever your experience level, we'll help you improve your stand up paddle ability. You'll also learn about Hawaiian fauna and its uses, and the uniqueness of historic Haleiwa town. We, Rainbow Watersports, are the original stand up paddle school on Oahu's North Shore, making people happy for 13 years now. Come “Stand Up” for a great cause: a portion of our profits go toward Operation Underground Railroad to help rescue children from sex slavery. Our school, Rainbow Watersports, has been recognized in several media, including Rachel Raye's Every Day, Lifestrong, Huffington Post, Concierge, and more. Why take this tour?

Paddle along the historic Anahulu stream, home of the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. These enormous and friendly sea creatures swim peacefully along the river. They can grow up to 500lbs! Enjoy learning about the history of the location while learning skills and tips about stand up paddling. Come during the evening to enjoy a stunning Hawaiian sunset. You will begin with a brief lesson on land and then paddle across a calm bay into the Anahulu stream. As a group lesson, other paddlers to join as well. Enjoy getting to know other travelers on a fun experience! Don't have good balance? New to the sport? Don't know how to swim? No worries -- All our instructors are certified lifeguards, super friendly, and highly trained to give you an awesome experience on the water. FUN is our mission! Stand up paddle in a calm bay and a lush river, home to Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. You will learn the tips and tricks of stand up paddling from our friendly instructors -- all of whom are certified lifeguards. Private lessons are 2 hours and photos are included. Or choose to join a group lesson. We are available from 8:00am to sun-down, whenever it is convenient for you. Most popular times: Sunset paddling, TWILIGHT GLOW paddle( the boards light up the ocean floor!), and Coastal Eco-Adventure (Dolphins and more) We specialize in teaching paddlers of all abilities, experience, and ages (4 and up), and large groups. We also offer stand up paddle rentals, kayak rentals,and surf lessons. Come drink in our aloha spirit and enjoy what many visitors are calling “the best activity on the island”!
