Grand Canyon Helicopter Flight and Sunset Valley of Fire Landing

Meet a driver at your hotel in Las Vegas for transfer to Boulder City, where you board a helicopter for the flight to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. The pilot shares commentary on the passing landmarks, as you fly over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and some of the ancient volcanoes of the Mojave Desert.

Fly over the rim of the Grand Canyon and see the landscape drop away and then bank into the canyon itself for a flight that parallels the Colorado River. Rise back above the surface of the Grand Canyon, continuing southwest to the Valley of Fire, named for the brilliant red rock formations that are especially dramatic at sunset. Touch down at a beautiful scenic overlook and celebrate the sunset with a Champagne toast before the return flight to Las Vegas.

Fly to the Grand Canyon’s West Rim by helicopter from Las Vegas with a spectacular sunset landing in the Valley of Fire State Park. Soar over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Grand Canyon. Swoop into the canyon for a full 30 miles (48 kilometers) of flying below the rim and then sip Champagne as you watch the sunset in a lesser-known park with fewer crowds than the Grand Canyon.
