Grand Canyon Explorer: Day Trip with Ruins from Sedona or Flagstaff
Tour info
Why take this tour?
Our most diverse Grand Canyon tour, the Explorer, blends remarkable ancient ruins of the ancient Sinaguas, and dramatic lava fields from the explosive activity in the region 6 million years ago. In the morning you will experience Wupatki and Sunset Crater Volcano National Monuments. After a unique lunch on the Navajo Nation (with authentic Navajo meal choices or American food choices) and time for souvenir shopping at the historic Cameron Trading Post, you will then travel up to Grand Canyon National Park. You will start with amazing views beginning at the Desert Watchtower. You will be in awe from the beginning to the end, from the East and South Rims of the Grand Canyon and still have time and flexibility to explore on your own in the afternoon.
