Board the state of the art, eco-friendly, 33 meter, red iSeeMalta catamaran ferry which is operated by Captain Morgan moored at the Ferries in Marsamxett Harbour in Sliema. Arrive early and board immediately since boat boarding is on a first come first served basis.
You will leave from Marsamxett Harbour in Sliema at 10:00hrs* and cruise up the North-East coast of Malta, via the north Comino channel to reach the island of Calypso, Gozo where you will arrive at approximately 11:40hrs.
Upon arrival at the Mgarr Harbour in Gozo you will be greeted by our representative for a chauffeur driven, unguided, land based tour of this charming island for approximately 2.5 hours.
You will first visit the Ta’ Pinu Church which is known as the miracle church. En route you will pass by the aqueducts which were built by the British between 1839 and 1843, located on the outskirts of Rabat. Whilst driving, you will also be able to admire the statue of Christ The Redeemer from a distance, as it is situated on a hill that cannot be reached by car. After viewing the magnificent Basilica, you will proceed to visit the stunning capital city and fortress Citadel, where you can explore the city independently.
It is very important that you listen to the driver’s instructions with pick up points and times that need to be adhered to. You are to be at the determined point a few minutes earlier to ensure that you do not miss your transport back to Mgarr Harbour.
After visiting this mythical island of Gozo, you will once again board the catamaran in Mgarr Harbour at 14:00hrs and cruise to the Blue Lagoon in Comino where you will disembark at 14:20hrs. The Blue Lagoon is famous for its turquoise, bluish-green crystal clear waters. You will have some free time here to swim, sunbathe, relax or discover the island of Comino independently on foot.
It is important that you are at the Blue Lagoon embarkation point in Comino 15 minutes before the departure at either 16:40hrs* or 19:10hrs* as you prefer (01 April to 19 November) or 16:45hrs* (20 November to 31 March) to return to Marsamxett Harbour in Sliema, Malta.
