We came from calgary with our 3 kids and purchased 4 adventure passes and 2 tandem swing passes with an additional skybridge pass for dad which was a sky high cost. Checking in took over 40mins. we then proceed into the park trying to do the bigger attractions first, by the time we got in walked to the swing and completed it we were told no at every other attraction. We were told "too bad not our problem we want to go home" Attractions were closed earlier then stated online, they wouldn't let my 9 year old even ride the tandem swing once we got there so again wasted $90 and my one son went alone. Each employee had different answers or advice to follow. We finally found a supervisor whom allowed us a ride on the zipline, once there the gentleman working it was extremely rude calling me names telling me im stupid and can't follow rules, they put the gear on with such anger it tore my shoulder. So all in all we got to do basically nothing in this park but walk forever and get yelled at. I have been to parks all over BC and couldn't believe how my family was treated here. We were offered a partial refund however for the amount we still paid and what we got ill never recommend this place to anyone and ill save my money for another adventure park whom are kind to their visitors. Huge disappointed, waste of time, driving and alot of money

They’re supposed to send me an email so that I could get the ticket. I got to the ticket office and they could not find the ticket in my email or anywhere else so I had to buy another ticket for $54. I’d like to be reimbursed for that.

This is a great experience for younger people! Senior citizens not so much. A long walk is required to reach the bridges. Seniors are tired by the time they the first bridge. The other activities are really for younger folks.

Kids enjoyed this but the wait for the zip line and mountain coaster were more than one hour each - and the lines weren’t even super long. They don’t move people through as efficiently as other adventure parks do. We weren’t able to fit in the third ride we were given due to the Challenge Course being closed for the day. The bridge was an experience! Not sure this was worth it given the travel time to get to and from the park and the extensive wait times for the rides. We’ll skip this if we come back to the area again.
