Traveler reviews
Knowledgeable and friendly guide
Zozo or Jojo was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He cared for all tour members and made it very enjoyable.
Need improvements for guidance.
Didnt find quite helpful during mu visit
Good value for money, terrible live guide
Overall I felt this package gave great value. We used the river cruise and visited the Tower of London and the London Eye. Unfortunately we couldn’t make the walking tours. The open ended start times for the river cruise and Tower were appreciated. I found communication in advance with the team to be responsive. My only complaint - and I feel it’s a big one - is that our live bus guide was less than enthusiastic about his job. I was really looking forward to the bus tour with my family as I have fond memories of doing similar ones when younger - the guides back then really made everything come to life. We made sure to be at the right location to board a tour with a live guide. However, our‘s seemed to be reading from a script, and speaking with a very heavy non-English accent. He never really faced the passengers. All the jokes fell flat because of the lack of enthusiasm. Maybe he had a bad day, who knows? Nevertheless, it was a big let down. We eventually got off the bus because of this. We rejoined later and used the audio guide which was easier to understand but of course lacked the charm of a live guide. This specific tour guide might need to consider if he’s working in the correct job.
Beware of accessibility requirements
The pass for 5 attractions was good value for money & good that you were able to adjust booking if needed however, one thing I would like to point out is if anyone in your group has access needs ie a wheelchair user when booking attractions you also need to book a separate access space on the attractions actually website which we weren’t made aware of & resulted in us not being able to go to our first attraction as no access spots were available to book at time we had booked Madame Tussaud this was disappointing
Would recommend
Loved our bus tour with Emma. She was so knowledgeable and made it so fun. Makes such a difference with a live tour guide.
