Before you book

  • The pass is valid for consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) and is not a group product, groups larger than 9 people may be refused entry to attractions

  • The hop-on hop-off tour is valid for 1 day

  • Collect your Paris Museum Pass at a location in central Paris, full instructions are in the digital guide

  • The Paris Museum Pass does not include youth passes but most museums are free for those 18 and under

  • Please check attraction websites for updated Covid-19 measures, opening hours, or reservation requirements

Before you go

  • • All passes are valid for 2 years from purchase date and only become activated with your first attraction visit. After activation, your pass will be valid for the number of consecutive calendar days purchased (not 24-hour periods)

  • • Your Paris Pass is delivered digitally as a PDF file. You must collect your Paris Museum Pass in Paris from Big Bus Ticket Shop, 11 Avenue de L’Opera, 75001 Paris

  • • You must pre-book a time slot for your visit to the Louvre. You can book online once you receive your Paris Pass digital guide instructions. Make sure to read the instructions to pre-book, or visit: https://parispass.com/en-us/reservations

  • • Check instructions on how to access each attraction or tour, and place reservations well in advance (where needed) to avoid disappointment

  • • Youth passes do not include a Paris Museum Pass (most are free for those under 18 years). The 3-day Adult Paris Pass includes 2-day Paris Museum Pass only

  • • Opening times are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM all year
