Glenelg and Lochalsh Half Day Tour from Kyle of Lochalsh

Summary

The Half day tour of Glenelg and Lochalsh offers many choices. The trip may include a trip to or from Skye on the Skye Ferry across Kylerhea (Weather and seasonal service). This has the possibility of being a highlight of your holiday. The regular sighting of the Eagle in Kylerhea is always on the cards, so be ready with your camera. On the Glenelg side of the crossing, you can visit the Redcoats Bernera Barracks only a mile from the ferry. We will also travel the 3 miles to The Glenelg Brochs.  From here we return to the village of Glenelg before travelling up the Glen onto Mam Ratigan and to Shiel Bridge. We turn Left towards Skye where we will take a little known back road with amazing views. You can then visit the most picturesque Castle in Scotland, and my Clan stronghold, Eilean Donan Castle.   This tour can be customised to your requirements and pickup or drop-off can be made to suit your needs.
