An Unforgettable Experience in Egypt 🇪🇬 with Emo tours

From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized. We were picked up from our hotel on time, and the entire process felt smooth, professional, and well taken care of. Once we arrived, we met our guide, Mohamed Hamed. From the very first moment, he made us feel comfortable and at ease. His knowledge of the Pyramids and Egyptian history is truly outstanding, and he explained everything in a clear, engaging, and passionate way. Mohamed Hamed went above and beyond — he helped us take amazing photos, thought along with us, and made sure nothing was too much to ask. It honestly felt like we had known him for years. If we had to describe him in a few words: knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy. He also made sure we felt safe at all times and really listened to our wishes. We highly recommend Emo Tours and especially Mohamed Hamed to anyone visiting Egypt. This was not just a tour — it was a memorable and personal experience we will never forget.
Excellent driver and tour, but the booking process was a bit messy
I booked a tour of the Giza Pyramids, Memphis, and Saqqara through EMO Tours, and overall, it was a great experience thanks to our wonderful driver. Our driver was incredibly kind and spoke good English, which made the trip very comfortable. A huge plus was that he even took the initiative to guide us through the Giza Pyramids himself, providing great insights and help. We really appreciated his hospitality and effort to make our day special. However, the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the administrative side of EMO Tours. The confirmation process was quite slow, and the communication on WhatsApp was a bit chaotic. I had to talk to multiple different people to finalize the details, which was confusing and hard to keep track of. If they can streamline their office communication and speed up the confirmation process, it would be a perfect 5-star service. I highly recommend the tour itself for the quality of the field staff!
