• Beef jerky papaya salad: Green papaya layered with roasted peanuts, beef jerky, fried dough crackers and basil.

• Crab tapioca noodle soup: Thick Vietnamese noodle made from tapioca flour with fresh crab and shrimp flavors

• Banh Mi - Vietnamese sandwich: an airy and crunchy baguette, stuffed with grilled meats, vegetables, and sauces

• Vietnamese pancake: Thin, crispy rice flour pancake, topped with shrimp, pork and mung bean. dessert

• Vietnamese sweet soup: Try a variety of Che made with mung beans, black-eyed peas, tapioca and fruits
