Giraffe Walk

Summary

Our Giraffe Walks are a 2,5 hour experience with a 30-40 minute silent walk in the veld alongside a herd of giraffe. Visitors will also enjoy a game drive around the reserve with possible sightings of over 20 species of antelope, Cape Mountain Zebra, and abundant species of birds. A drink of choice is served in the veld.

Our Giraffe Walk is a unique wildlife experience found in the Klein Karoo, Western Cape, South Africa. The Swartberg Mountain Range is a world heritage site. This is the backdrop to the giraffe walk on a 4500 hectare game reserve. We are 5 hours from Cape Town, and 30 minutes from the world-famous Cango Caves. All the wild animals are free-roaming and found in their natural habitat. The giraffes carry very good genetics and are some of the best in the country. Our veld is pristine and rich in biodiversity. The giraffe walk is done in silence which gives visitors a calming experience.
