Your morning begins with pickup from your centrally located Nairobi hotel, then make your way to the Elephant Orphanage Center, where you'll get an up-close look at a nursery where infants are taken to be fed, nourished, and care for. Enjoy the show that takes place at feeding time, followed by a scenic drive to the Giraffe Center. The conservation destination was made famous by Daisy Rothschild, a rescued giraffe calf found on the western border of Kenya. Tour the semi-wild center and learn about the life cycle and mating habits of these towering animals, then watch them being fed. You'll also learn about conservation efforts surrounding the giraffes. Wander the stunning nature trail that winds along the Gogo River, and take a chance at spotting giraffes in the wild, too.
You'll then be transported back to your Nairobi hotel in the afternoon.
