The whole activity will be carried out in a very beautiful garden To reach the garden it is necessary to walk 5 minutes uphill and climb the stairs up to the 3rd floor (there is no lift) (unless it rains, in that case we have an indoor space), where the participants will learn about the ingredients and the traditions: they will make the dough for fresh pasta and learn how to shape it, the technique of making pesto with traditional tools and all tips from a real local. Once the meal is ready you'll have lunch in the garden (in case of rain we have a proper space)
