Great Tour with Arthur!
Arthur was amazing! He met us at our hotel lobby and gave us a brief current history of Galway before starting our tour! He was born and raised here and had incredible personal stories that tied in with the community. Arthur was thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. He took his time with the tour and made sure all our questions were answered! We would recommend him to everyone!

Arthur's tour was a definite highlight of our time in Galway (and Ireland!) Arthur's love and passion for his city was showcased in everything he shared with us. A lifelong resident of Galway, his historical knowledge was exceptional (he was present with his family for JFK's visit to Galway in 1963!) and his storytelling was so special. You will leave your tour looking at Galway with fresh eyes and feeling like you spent the afternoon with an old friend. We are so thankful we chose to tour with Arthur!

There are not words to describe how wonderful our tour with Arthur McQuire was. He is native and shared details we could never have learned from anyone else. We were captivated from the start and never tired of the stories and history. If you take this tour ask for Arthur you will be amazed and learn so much. He felt like family after 2.5 hours!
