Overview

Private day trip from Colombo to explore Sri Lanka’s alluring southwest coast and Galle city. Drive along the southern expressway and get clicks of Stilt Fisherman. Thereafter visit Turtle Farm in Koggala. Explore UNESCO-listed Galle Fort on foot, also known as the Dutch Fort or the "Ramparts of Galle". Galle Fort was built first in 1588 by the Portuguese, then extensively fortified by the Dutch during the 17th century from 1649 onwards. The fort has a colourful history, and today has a multi-ethnic and multi-religious population. Thereafter visit local vegetable & fish market and select your Seafood item with the Chef for your lunch. Enjoy the Sri Lankan Rice & Curry Cookery Demonstration. Taste you lunch under the coconut tree with a glass of King Coconut, Cool Beer or Soft Drink.
