Get picked up at your hotel or other accommodation in Stellenbosch and climb into a comfortable vehicle with your Cape Wine Academy-trained guide and the rest of the small group (no more than 12 people).
Begin with an assessment of the interests of all the people in the group, along with types of wines preferred and any prior wine tastings in the area, from which your guide can craft an itinerary that will please everyone.
Visit at least three different wine estates for tastings that include four to seven wines at each stop. Learn about the history of the country's wine industry and its signature varietals. Enjoy a midday lunch break (own expense) and expect to return to your original departure point in the early evening.
Please note: All wine tasting fees and transportation are included in this tour, but lunch is at your own expense. Guests are not allowed to bring their own lunch on this tour.
