Your group will be picked up aboard an air-conditioned minivan from your Cape Town hotel in the morning and transfer to the town of Stellenbosch in the Cape Winelands region.
Start the day with a visit at Kanonkop Wine Estate, located in the foothills of the Simonsberg Mountains. Sample the winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon and award-winning Pinotage vintages in their Oak maturation cellars. Then continue to your next winery, Eikehof. Dating to 1903, this picturesque wine estate is steeped in four generations of family history. You’ll sample five different Eikehof varietals such as their Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, or Sauvignon Blanc.
Your next stop is Haute Cabriere, where you’ll have the chance to tour their unique underground auditorium, tasting room, and Pinot Noir barrel maturation area. While visiting Haute Cabriere, guests will also get to explore the vineyard’s history and winemaking philosophy, including the chance to sample five of their top wines.

Continue to Rust en Vrede, a winemaker whose tradition of making bold red wines date back more than 320 years. Admire the estate’s Cape Dutch architecture while sampling seven different wines. You’ll be in good company by visiting this esteemed winemaking property: former president Nelson Mandela once served Rust en Vrede wines for his Nobel Peace Prize Dinner.
Following your fourth winery visit, return to Cape Town aboard your private minivan, watching as the silhouette of Table Mountain grows on the horizon.
