Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to RHÔNE SHUTTLE, the recorded cancellation date will determine the amount of fees retained on the basis of the confirmation invoice as follows:Any booking made with RHÔNE SHUTTLE will be governed by and subject to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the following information carefully. This constitutes a contract between You (the customer) and We (RHÔNE SHUTTLE). CANCELLATIONS: 30 days or more before the start of the service No penalty Between the 15th and 29th day before the start of the service 30% of the total cost of the service and at least €150. Between the 2nd and 14th day before the start of the service 50% of the total cost of the service and at least €150. Less than 48 hours before the start of the service, 100% of the total cost of the service will be retained Upon receipt of the customer's cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, RHÔNE SHUTTLE will send them a cancellation invoice within 10 days and will reimburse them for any excess payment.
