Freediving & Pranayama Yoga Courses / Cenotes in México

You will start this amazing adventure with theory, an introduction to the Yoga of breathing (pranayama), the correct stretching of the body and lungs, after this deep, magic and full of knowledge time, the students go directly to the water into any stunning cenotes of our favorite selection. And there will come the first addictive sensations that you will have underwater and the most amazing trips into yourself.

We can personalize trips, if you are an experience free diver and you wanna train, we also have freedive&yoga retreats, or more courses. We can teach you from cero to hero! We can certify from beginner to instructor level in many disciplines and many agencies. We are the oldest school with more experience in Mexico.

We like to explore new places for free diving, discovering cenotes in Mexico is our hobbies list. We also offer trips, training, photo trips, spearfishing, Scuba Diving, Tech Diving, Cave diving & more.

Start as a freediver is a changing life experience, we are pioneers in Mexico, our school have more than 15 years of giving another quality of breath to all of our students. We would love to share with you our passion. You will be able to hold your breath and dive into yourself. The certifications that we offer, are well valued as first qualification level.
