The Freediver course is a TWO DAYS training and consists of three phases: - Knowledge development through independent study with the PADI Freediver eLearning. - Confined water session to learn breathhold techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea, plus proper buddy procedures. Goal – static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 meters/80 feet. - Open water sessions to practice free immersion and constant weight freedives, plus proper buddy procedures. Goal – constant weight freedive of 10 meters/30 feet. The beautiful scenery of the Cenotes surround the training. Very well represented in Yucatan Peninsula, the Cenotes are natural sinkhole, resulting from the collapse of limestone bedrock that exposes groundwater underneath; are surface connections to subterranean water bodies. The clear water and the light provide incredible landscapes that will make your training a unique and unforgettable experience.

The Freediver Course will introduce to the freediving world! Our professional will teach you how challenging is to control your breathing. With this training you''ll pass through an independent study and a revision by the instructor, a pool session to start practicing the main technics of swimming and breathhold and the open water session to practice the equalization and the free immersion and constant weight skills. Small groups of 4 student will give you the time to practice and to learn at your rhythm during the course and the professionalism of our instructor will make your training unforgettable!
