Start Location Directions: DIRECTIONS FROM TREMBLANT RESORT - 2-minute drive or 20-minute walk 1. Drive or walk towards the traffic circle at the end of Montée Ryan and keep to your right on Chemin du Village towards the old village of Mont-Tremblant (you will have the lake on your right hand side). 2. Continue for 600m.At the stop sign you will see the federal wharf on your right. 3. If you are driving, turn left at the stop on to rue Pinoteau and park at the free parking (Parc des Chutes), spaces limited, or if walking, continue past the stop 50m to the wharf. DIRECTIONS FROM ST-JOVITE AREA - MONT-TREMBLANT - 18-minute drive 1. Take Montée Ryan towards Tremblant. 2. At the roundabout in front of Lake Tremblant, take the 2nd exit and turn left on Chemin du Village towards the old village of Mont-Tremblant (you will have the lake on your right hand side). 3. Continue for 600m. At the stop sign you will see the federal wharf on your right. 4. If you are driving turn left at the stop on to rue Pinoteau and park at the free parking (Parc des Chutes), spaces limited, or if walking, continue past the stop 50m to the wharf. DIRECTIONS FROM MONTREAL - Approx. 2-hour drive 1. Take autoroute 15 north to Ste-Agathe. The 15 north merges into the 117. 2. Continue on the 117 north past St-Jovite. 3. From there follow the ''DIRECTIONS FROM ST-JOVITE AREA - MONT-TREMBLANT'' above. DIRECTIONS FROM OTTAWA - Approx. 2-hour drive 1. Take auto route 50 east. 2. Get onto 148 east to Montebello. 3. Take 323 north to Mont-Tremblant. 4. Turn left to get on the 117 north in St-Jovite. 5. From there follow the ''DIRECTIONS FROM ST-JOVITE AREA - MONT-TREMBLANT'' above.

- To bring your own food and drink is prohibited.
- Parking lot is small. We suggest you walk from the Tremblant resort's parkings and take the free shuttle back.

Cancellations or changes to all reservations within 48 hours of the start date/time are non-refundable (unless otherwise specified) (14 days for camping, cabins, treehouses). No shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations or changes to all reservations made prior to 48 hours from the start date/time are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount (unless otherwise specified) (not applicable for our camping, cabins, treehouses). 3. We reserve the right to cancel an activity without notice(even though we will always try to let you know as soon as we cancel). This would normally be for, but is not limited to, safety and security reasons, climatic conditions, or equipment failure. In such cases an alternative date or full refund will be provided at your option. Gift Certificates Gift-certificates and gift cards are non refundable. Our gift certificates for a specific dollar amount never expire. Our gift certificates for a specific activity are valid only for a period of 3 months since activity prices change from season to season. After three months, certificates for a specific activity are redeemable for the original amount paid, and a surplus may need to so that it matches the latest price.

1. Please dress appropriately for the activity that you plan to do.

2. It is your responsibility to be at the meeting/pick up point on time, otherwise the activity will take place without you. Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you are unsure of any information or driving directions.
3. Please note that there is an element of risk in all outdoor activities. For most of our activities we will require you to sign a waiver form(assumption of risk). Some of our activities including 4Ă4 and Snowmobile tours will require drivers to show a valid driving license and leave a security damage deposit on a credit card.
4. Full payment will be taken immediately at time of reservation. All payments are taken in Canadian Dollars.
5. We accept no responsibility for emails that we deliver to your email host that are not in turn delivered to your inbox, or are removed by your spam filter.
6. Prices do not include taxes or mandatory resort royalty of 3%.
When should I reserve?
A day in advance is sufficient for our 1h cruise. We often have same-day availability.
For our Sunday café cruise, a minimum of a day in advance is required.
What happens if it's raining?
The boat is covered and itâs possible to open the windows, therefore itâs a rain & shine activity.
In which languages is the narration?
The narration is available in French and English.
