During this gastronomic experience, you will visit 3 restaurants to learn about Costa Rican Food, you will travel back in time to prehispanic flavors by tasting local indigenous recipes, then your guide will show you around the trendy Escalante neighborhood until arriving at the next restaurant where you will taste local traditional (Grandma's), homemade style food using organic and fresh seasonal ingredients from the farm, next, your guide will take you to Aranjuez neighborhood to taste Costa Rican modern, contemporary signature recipes, is a fusion of the recipes along the country paired with a cup of wine, local beer or cocktail.
