Following morning pickup in the Barranco, Miraflores, or San Isidro neighborhoods of Lima, you begin your walking tour with your guide leading the way. If you're outside these zones, you can choose to meet your guide at the starting location or pay a small fee for hotel pickup.
First, visit coastal Chorrillos—a part of town where fishing is big business. Soak up the seaside atmosphere, browse fresh produce at the local markets, and watch fishermen bring in their catch.
Visit the port to spot sea life, and then head to the clifftops. Here, stroll along the streets with your guide and sample traditional Peruvian dishes at the bustling markets.
Next, continue to the boho district of Barranco. Admire colorful mansions and vibrant murals, take in sites of interest including the Bajada de los Baños walkway and the romantic Bridge of Sighs, and visit one of the local art galleries for which the neighborhood is known—with the entrance fee included on your tour.
Your guide returns you to your starting point to conclude your tour.
