Important Information
Know Before You Book
- You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery, and rocky terrain
- Under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum age for the tour is 14 years old
Know Before You Go
- Please arrive one hour early to check-in and get set up
- There are no bathrooms in the backcountry, though facilities are available before and after your tour
- Bring snacks, and a water bottle (water can be filled at our office)
- Waterproof rain jacket required, rain pants recommended
- Gloves – for hand protection, waterproof is best
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: standard
Cancellation Cutoff: 60 days
Cancellation Notes: Up to 60 days before the beginning of the activity: full refund minus 10% processing fee per participant. 45-60 days before the beginning of the activity: no refund, or participants can choose to have 50% of any payments held on file as a credit (expires one year from issue). Less than 45 days or no-show: no refund.
