Before you book

On the first Sunday of each month, entrance is free of charge, but as tickets can't be reserved ahead of time, entry is not guaranteed
As this is a walking tour through a medium-sized museum with some steps and stairways, comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water are strongly recommended
Please advise during the booking process if any travelers have mobility concerns so that we can best accommodate you
Please ensure you arrive 10 mins early and at the right meeting point as we cannot wait for late arrivals
Please note that to obtain a student discount, valid student ID must be shown on the day of your tour. If a student does not have valid student ID, they may be charged a new full ticket price for entry, which must be paid by you on the day of the tour

Before you go

You will meet your guide at the equestrian statue of Cosimo I in Piazza della Signoria. Your guide will have a Through Eternity sign. If you are unable to find your guide by 10 minutes before the starting time, please call our office at +1-800-267-7581.

15 or more days before the tour day: 90% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; Between 8 and 14 days before the tour day: 50% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; 7 days or less: no refund.
