We learned some great techniques and watchouts for making Mozarella. Jessica was very knowledgeable and made the class fun. We also received a great lunch. We recommend this event

Learned a lot with the hands on experience - recommend early in your trip
Jes was our host and she walked us through the whole mozzarella making process. She was informative and fun! The wine was plentiful as well so it ended up being a lovely afternoon and lunch. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. At the end, we got to take all of the mozzarella we made and enjoyed it with fresh tomatoes and basil for the rest of the trip. If possible, book this experience at the beginning of your visit so you can savor all of your hard work for the rest of your stay.
