- We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing. For spring and summer: hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. For winter: warm layers, gloves, scarves, and hats. In case of rain: waterproof gear is highly recommended
- All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Lead traveller of the group must present a government-issued photo ID
- Kids are welcome: We only ask that your children have been riding for a while, are comfortable riding in a group, and can navigate riding a bike on various surfaces and shared traffic roads (please provide the kids' height and age)
- Kids equipment available for muscular bikes only - please provide height and weight of your child to ensure we can provide the right item for you.
- Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from joining bike tours due to cobbled streets

Our guide was Alice. She was fun, informative and helped keep us together which in a tourist heavy area like Florence is a trick. Her history was spot on and I liked how she gave us an overview and the local point of view. Good balance of funny and factual.

Great tour to do one of your first days in Florence as it gives you the “lay of the land” and where everything is that’s pretty much important. Alicia was a wonderful guide spoke good English.

Great tour if you want to get to know the city in a "different" way. We had a ton of fun. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly
Very disappointing tour, misleading
Very disappointing tour. We've done Fat tire biking tours in several cities. This one was extremely slow paced. Averaged 1.4mph according to my watch. Really a 1 hr tour stretched into 3 hours part of that a 30 min break. 4-5 of the stops were a block or two from the starting location. Didn't go anywhere outside of the main city we thought it went to Piazzale Michelangelo and it claimed the incredible view over the city. It does not it goes to a Michelangelo statue nearby. Very disappointed, walking tour would have been much faster and covered the same ground in half the time.
