Our chef invites you to share her passion and intelligence in a friendly and warm atmosphere. In the main kitchen, the workshops are organized in the group of 2 to 7 people maximum to ensure a personalized welcome and confer sessions cheerfulness sought. Each half-day course will teach you how to prepare an appetizer, a main course and a dessert. The class begins with a visit to the souks of spices and vegetables with our chef and a guide to buy fresh products and also to give some culinary tips and tricks.
At the end of each session, you will tast the dishes during a friendly lunch on the terrace overlooking the Medina of Fez or in the dining room of the Riad. A list of recipes dedicated by our chefs will be offered to share a grain of Morocco at home, with family or friends.
