On this private tour will take you on a scenic drive along the lava shaped coast towards the first stop. Your experienced guide will lead you to the Geldingadalir Valley. We start with a 45 minute hike to the Fagradalsfjall Mountain to take you to the amazing view over the volcanic crater and on some days it spews lava up to 100 meters into the air.
Keeping in mind that this is an active eruption site so it is ever-changing, on each and every day new and stunning events happen and not even the scientists can predict what happens next.
Along the way you can witness lava rivers and small waterfalls and even lava pools! The total time spent here is between 4-5 hours, including 3.5 kilometre long hike (one way) so remember to bring good shoes and a light snack and waterbottle is a good idea as well.
