You'll have the chance to understand from qualified and certified people how the Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced, have a walk in our olive grove on the Tuscan hills, learn how to taste it like a sommelier is doing and how to look for a good quality. You’ll enjoy all this in our small stone farmhouse of 1861s managed at family level where you’ll have also a dinner with different fresh dishes prepared by us with different kind of EVO Oil for a unique and authentic emotional experience.
Although the course is managed by professional of the EVO Oil sector, it will be a funny experience in an informal setting. At the same time it will be a UNIQUE experience because we are among the few to be EVO Oil producers + official EVO tasters + restaurateurs!

We are a small farmhouse (Agriturismo) managed at family level on the Tuscan hills between Lucca and Florence, and we provide services like B&B and restaurants during the weekend, but our primary activity is the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil we perform following in first person all the key phases from cultivation to harvesting, to transformation, to conservation and finally to promotion and selling of our “green gold”. It is possible to buy our Tananei EVO Oil directly at our farmhouse where you can also live a more complete EXPERIENCE that will allow you to understand the production process of our product, have a walk through our uncontaminated olive grove, understand how to taste at professional level an EVO Oil, to be in the position to recognize an High Quality product, and to have a dinner where different kinds of oil will be combined with different food.
