Next we head to our exclusive kitchen, located by the sea where a warm welcome awaits you.

You will be shown how to make well known favourites including Vegetable spring rolls, Phad Thai, Spicy prawn Tom Yam Soup, Thai Green Curry and mango with sticky rice. More options from our Tastes of Thailand menu are Masaman Curry, Chicken with cashew nuts, Stir fried chicken with chilli and Holy basil and Bananas and Coconut milk to name a few. Our Chef selects the cooking class menu daily based on availability of raw ingredients however, should there be a dish you wish to learn to make, then please request at the time of booking.
